Creating your BPM-D Process Agenda
One Day Detailed Practitioner Workshop
Creating a BPM-D® process agenda is the first key step required to translate the business strategy (and strategic value drivers) into an actionable execution strategy. This course provides a deep dive for practitioners into this aspect of the BPM-D process. Based on experience from many organisations this is a pragmatic and valuable approach.
During the day you will understand the concepts by working through a real case study and should come away with a better understanding on how to apply this within your organisation.

Business Process Management (BPM) transforms strategy into execution – at pace with certainty. This online course discusses the value and definition of the BPM-Discipline. It introduces the main components of the BPM-Discipline based on the patent pending BPM-D™ Framework and shows how they deliver significant value in practice. Case examples and lessons learned complete the course.
The course is designed to go over 4 weeks with about 2 hours of skill-developing learning time per week. At the end of the session participants have the opportunity to go through a short test of their BPM-Discipline learnings with the opportunity to receive a BPM-D™ Basics Certificate. Advanced web-based classes are in development.

The Power of the Discipline of Value-driven Business Process Management
Practitioner Education and Training Session
Four-day in-house training
During this session the participants will be educated about various aspects and components of the BPM-Discipline. Agenda topics include in general a combination of academic findings, practical experiences and case studies. The session is interactive, encourages discussion and includes different kinds of exercises and assignments. The content is based on a combination of the BPM-D® Executive Training, a class on Value-driven Business Process Management at the University of Pennsylvania and a class on Business Process Strategies and Innovation at Widener University.
This is delivered in-house for about 10 people wishing an organisation and is arranged on a mutually acceptable timing. Minor amendments can be made to the agenda ensuring a focus on those areas of most relevance.
