Dr. Mathias Kirchmer is an experienced executive, practitioner and thought leader in the field of Digital Transformation and Business Process Management (BPM). He co-founded BPM-D. Previously, he was Managing Director and Global Lead of BPM at Accenture, and CEO of the Americas and Japan of IDS Scheer, known for its ARIS Process Repository Software.
Dr. Kirchmer has overseen numerous transformation and process improvement initiatives delivering measurable results. He has worked with executives in technology, financial, health, consumer goods and manufacturing industries to improve business performance.
Dr. Kirchmer has published 11 books and over 150 articles. He is affiliated faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Widener University. He received a research and teaching fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.

Mr Franz has authored a book and a number of white papers on this subject and has developed related executive level courses that can be adapted to various audiences. His career includes substantial business change and experience in the use of Information Technology and thus understands the Business / IT interaction from both sides and can help bridge this divide.
Rakesh Gusain is a Director with BPM-D. He has worked in the Business Process Management (BPM) for the last 10 years, involved in all phases of the BPM lifecycle. He also setup the global BPM Centre of Excellence in his previous role and has a pragmatic ability help clients to execute strategies, keeping in mind the long term vision. His career includes substantial business change across various industries with experience in developing and implementing, process related, frameworks and technologies.
Erin is a value-driven individual with more than 20 years’ experience in Business Process Management and Information Technology alignment, strategy execution, training and change management. She has expertise in leading multiple functional teams while meeting aggressive business objectives and is adept at addressing the ever-changing business environment, turning issues into solutions. She is a systematic thinker and knows how to organize people and activities into efficient workflows. Erin also leads BPM-D’s US operations activities. Marc is a Senior Business and Technology Transformation Leader with extensive background in Business Process Management.
He drives tangible business outcomes by establishing Business Process Management capabilities, delivering business process improvement projects, and leading transformation initiatives using SAP and BPM-Systems.
His passion is to help his clients increase their performance. He worked on many BPM and transformation initiatives with mid-size to large global organizations.
