Rakesh Gusain is a Director with BPM-D. He has worked in the Business Process Management (BPM) for the last 10 years, involved in all phases of the BPM lifecycle. He also setup the global BPM Centre of Excellence in his previous role and has a pragmatic ability help clients to execute strategies, keeping in mind the long term vision. His career includes substantial business change across various industries with experience in developing and implementing, process related, frameworks and technologies.

Wayne Human

Wayne is a Management Consultant who heads up Process Innovation at IQbusiness. He has over 20 years of practice in information and communications technology, as well as business management experience across several industries, such as public service, mining, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), financial services, and professional services.
Wayne’s professional background includes acting as a Delivery Executive and assisting with knowledge management business case development for the City of Johannesburg, as well as performing total cost of ownership of ICT audits for Environmental Engineering Consultants. He is passionate about improving the performance of companies by combining his areas of expertise, which includes customer experience management, innovation, payments, business analysis, project management and process engineering.
Wayne holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering. He has acquired a MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, too.
